Lean
Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Lean
Six Sigma training and certification teaches our students the principles of
structured problem-solving and the practice of using the Lean Six Sigma tools
to complete an individual and a team-based problem-solving project.
Lean
Six Sigma is a formal, structured, and dynamic problem-solving method that
relies heavily on a collaborative team to solve a problem and implement a
lasting solution. It focuses on continuous improvement by reducing unnecessary
costs, improving quality, and it demands a relentless focus on the customer or
end-user.
LSS
Yellow Belt (Team Member) and LSS Green Belt (Team Leader) are certifications
that are recognized worldwide by almost every industry you can imagine.
Organizations that have successfully used this methodology can succeed in
competitive environments, have higher employee engagement, have lower employee
turnover, and often see an increase in profit. Lean Six Sigma is also the
system preferred by companies around the world to streamline, improve, and
optimize every aspect of their organization.
Most people assume that Lean Six Sigma is only for manufacturing. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, the U.S. Department of Defense, and Software developers are among the many industries that recognize this credential.
