WEEKLY ANNOUNCEMENTS

                  

  1.  Musical Cast is having Spirit Week this week for the Wizard of Oz which they will be performing on Friday and Saturday at 7:00 at the middle School.   Monday will be Black & White Day, Tuesday is Over the Rainbow (wear as much color as possible), Wednesday is Good Witch or Bad Witch Day (wear green or pink), and Thursday is Emerald City Day (wear Green and Gold).

  2.  The FCCLA Regional Competition Results: GOLD were Sophia Mangus & Courtney Woodward and Elec Fryman, Kenzzie Patrick & Morgan Spitler in Chapter in Review.  Bailey Britton, Micah Krieger and Payton Hunt in Chapter Service. Tori Ford & Bayla Moffitt in Interior Design.  Sophia Fraley, Faith Medley, Ashley Sallee in National Programs in Action. Savannah Artis & Alizabeth Lear in Public Policy Advocate.  Receiving SILVER are Macie Sadler in Chapter in Review.  Addie Dillow & Elana Portis in Chapter Service Display. Hailey Langford in Chapter Service Portfolio.  Malia Quesenberry in Focus on Children. Kimberly Kane, John Larmee & Abby Ryan in National Programs in Actions.  Makala Sagraves & Lexus Suttles in Professional Presentation along with Kelsey Hamilton, Arianna Shamblin. Faith Dixon Clifford & Hailee Cruz and Randal Hamilton. Receiving BRONZE for Interior Design is Cadence Elliott & Chloe Wilson.  Vivienne Scott with Interpersonal Communication.  Khloe Roberts & Peyton Robinson in Interpersonal Communication.  

  3.  CONGRATULATIONS to the following DECA Students who qualified for Nationals in Orlando, Florida.  Brezlyn Reneer, Kinsey Fernander & Ella Parke will be advancing for their Career Development Event.  Alex Daubenspeck and Hunter DeMarco will advance with their Independence Business Plan.  Amelia Tucker & Olivia Fisher will advance with their Retail Store, The Nest.  Mateo Castulucci will be advancing with The Nest.  Congratulations to all of the DECA Students who competed this year.


  4.  CONGRATULATIONS to Nate Dunn.  Nate placed 8th in his weight class overall and 2nd place in the bench press at the State Powerlifting Meet on Saturday.  Nate finished the meet lifting 1,080 total pounds.  Great Job Nate!
