Hi Graham High School,

The 2025 Dragons 5K presented by Orthopedic Associates is on Saturday, July 12, at 8am, at Day Air Ballpark.

 It’s not only a great opportunity for your student-athletes, but we are also looking for awesome volunteers to help staff this event! Volunteers will assist in a variety of different roles the morning of the race, and it’s the perfect opportunity to get some volunteer hours as well as an introduction to sports management for those who are interested in entering that field of study during their secondary education.

 The perks of being a Dragons 5K volunteer include:

·         Dragons t-shirt

·         Dragons Hat

·         Two (2) lawn tickets to a future Dragons game

Your school’s running groups can also compete against their local peers by signing their group up for the race.  The top-finishing groups for the 2025 race will earn the second-annual “Race for the Plate” prize.

They can sign up for the race through the following link. Each participant receives a 5K T-Shirt, a Dragons Hat, finisher’s medal and four (4) lawn tickets to a game later this season. You can download a flier here to print out to put up on your bulletin boards or provide to your athletic directors.

Event information will be e-mailed to volunteers a week prior to the event.
