GMS grade 8 students participated in a series of presentations today to get their thoughts together for upcoming high school scheduling. We are thankful for the staff and students that came down to GMS today to share about programming and organization involvement!

2025-2026 Graham Middle School Yearbooks are now on sale! Sale ends February 28th and they typically deliver in May.

All after school events for GMS students have been cancelled for this evening. This includes the following: -Weightlifting -Basketball practices -Cheer practices -Power of the Pen -Middle School softball parent/player meeting -Musical practice -Wrestling practice Coaches/Advisors may choose to share additional information through their own outlets.

College Credit Plus (CCP) is an opportunity for Graham High School and Graham Middle School students to expand their educational options and take a college course(s) while in middle/high school.
Any families that want more information about this opportunity are highly encouraged to attend this meeting.

Congratulations to all our Spelling Bee participants! All participants displayed their smarts and courage today in front of their peers. Special congratulations to our Champion Myles Wilson (8th grade), and our runner-up Ava Terrell (6th grade).

Myles will now hope to qualify, through online exam, for the Regional Spelling Bee, set to take place at Ohio University.

Good afternoon, Falcon families. Tomorrow, Thursday, January 29, and Friday, January 30, Graham Local Schools will operate on a 2 hour delay.

A few images from the January PBIS assembly. After our celebrations of students and staff, games included were a poetry contest and a team free throw competition.

The Graham Middle School Spelling Bee was scheduled for Wednesday, 1/28. With the cancellation, we have determined we will hold the Spelling Bee on the next date we have school, even if we have a delay. The spelling bee will begin approximately 30 minutes after school starts, which will allow the organizers time to prepare the participants. Families of participants are still welcome to attend if available. We do still ask that you report to the office to sign in (8am for normal day, 10am for delay).

Closed - 1/28/2026 This will be online learning day 2.

CLOSED - 1/27/2026 Tomorrow will be the first online learning day for students.

GMS Digital Day Plan (If Needed) Ohio School districts are "allowed" 5 calamity days each school year, and at Graham Local Schools, we have currently used 5 of our 5 days. In the event that all five of our calamity days are used, Graham Local Schools will implement our online learning days. GMS staff will be available to students throughout the day through email and google classroom. Teachers will also have specific times that they will host Google Meet sessions in which students can get online and ask specific questions about assignments they are to be working on during the closure. Here is the video meet schedule for our teachers: All Related Arts teachers: 9:00am-10:30am All ELA teachers: 9:15am-10:45am All Math teachers: 9:30am-11:00am All Science teachers: 9:45am-11:15am All Social Studies teachers: 10:00am - 11:30am All work assigned to be completed on Digital Days is due no later than 5 school days from the closure.
