Saturday is the 2026 Color Blast! We are now up to 170 pre-registrations!!! That is incredible. That being said, we will have limited supplies for those choosing to register the day of the event so it will be first come first serve. As you can imagine with a fundraiser, we do not purchase well over the amount needed in order to maximize profits. Spectators are welcome alongside the course at any point, however we do ask they are parked by 9:50am so we do not have any safety concerns with the start of the race. We will hopefully have some additional color packets for purchase ($2 each, or 3 for $5) that you can choose to douse participants with.
Additional participant information:
If you do not want to have color chalk as part of your run/walk experience, we will have "no color" bibs that you can use. These are reusable so we would love them back after the event.
The registration table will open at 9am for anyone who likes to get an early check-in and grab their shirts (if ordered) as well as all the other run/walk supplies as part of registration. Each registered participant will receive a pair of sunglasses, bracelet, temporary tattoos, and 2 color packets. The registration table will need the participants first and last name so we can gather appropriate supplies for you and give the correct directions.
Vendors will be set up by 9am as well so you can browse around and purchase pre-race or enjoy the Fun Zone activities we will have set up.
Forecasted weather is not quite as warm as we hoped. However, it should be decent weather for those choosing to run, as cool weather is preferable. We would recommend layers that could go under participants shirts as the color powder will really pop on the black!
We do have a few incredibly dedicated community photographers that will share-out pictures, but you are of course welcome to take your own photos and share the experience!
