Hello GES Falcon Families! This week's GES News From the Nest comes to you with review of the learning and fun we have had so far in October as well as some important links and information as we move into a busy season to finish this month.

Homecoming Spirit Week theme #3 was "Dress for the Wrong Occasion" day, and our students and staff understood the assignment and came with their best!
GES Falcon Pride!

This Veterans Day, Graham Elementary students want to make sure we are celebrating the Graham alumni who have served our country, as well as those who are currently serving. ❤️💙
We are working to reach more of our Graham alumni veterans and invite them back to Graham Elementary for our Veterans Day program!
Here’s where YOU can help! 👇
If you are a Graham graduate who has served in the military, is currently serving, or you know a Graham alumnus who has, please share their information with us through the form below.
📬 Why do we need a mailing address?
Our GES students are going to create special cards and invitations to mail directly to our Graham veterans. We want the invitation to come from the kids themselves! ❤️
Veterans will be invited to join us at GES for light refreshments before attending our Veterans Day program.
🇺🇸 Help us find them. Help us invite them. Help us honor them.
Please share this post so we can reach as many Graham alumni veterans as possible!

The Great Apple Crunch Week has come at Graham Elementary! At lunchtime today, students learned about the origin of Steven's Orchard and what it takes to operate an apple orchard.
Only 4 more days until Great Apple Crunch Day!

Homecoming Spirit Week Day #1 was a success! Many students and staff participated, and they were all smiles! Falcon Pride!

Students and guests are encouraged to wear costumes, following the school’s costume guidelines.
Come ready for music from our DJ, dancing, concessions, and plenty of Halloween fun!
We’re also looking for volunteers to help with set-up, concessions, and clean-up.

The Great Apple Crunch is coming on the week of October 5, and we are excited to begin sharing the news!
In collaboration with the Champaign County Ohio State Extension Office and Steven's Orchards, each GES student will have the opportunity to participate in a "crunch day" next week!
Students will learn more about this event later this week and next week.
Stay tuned and be sure to ask them all about it!

Hello Falcon families! Linked below, please find the October schedule of events for the St. Paris Library. We are fortunate to have a fantastic public library, and encourage you all to participate in the events they have planned!
